Junior Scuba Diver:

The RAID Junior Scuba Diver course was designed to accommodate those between the ages 12-14 who are short on time and can’t complete the full Junior Open Water 20 course. The program is derived from the RAID Junior Open Water 20 course and provides students with the basic knowledge but the full experience of scuba diving and a good look at the underwater World.

Cadet Scuba Diver:

Cadet Scuba Diver: The RAID Cadet Scuba Diver Course is a super fun and exciting way for kids aged 10 and 11 to learn how to scuba dive! In this course, you’ll become a young explorer of the underwater world, just like a superhero in the sea! This course is all about having fun, making new friends, and exploring the amazing ocean life. By the end, you’ll earn a special certification that shows you can dive safely and responsibly. So, get ready to dive in and see the wonders of the underwater world with the RAID Cadet Scuba Diver Course!

Certification: The Scuba Diver, Junior Scuba Diver and Cadet Scuba Diver certifications entitle the holder to dive with a dive professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres / 40 feet in conditions similar or better than those experienced during training, with a maximum of four scuba divers per dive professional.

Before any Open Water diving the student shall effectively show proof of, or demonstrate, to a scuba instructor:
If conditions warrant, students may wear a diving suit provided they are weighted for neutral buoyancy.
Complete the course over a minimum of two days and totaling a minimum of:

Depth Limitation : 12 Metres / 40 Feet

Upon completion of the RAID Scuba Diver program, you will receive an electronic certification indicating your completion of the course. This will allow you to dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters /40 feet with a dive professional across many parts of the world. The Scuba Diver certification is also a recognition of learning and allows you to fast track your RAID Open Water 20 course at a later date by not having to repeat any skills that overlap with the two programs.
⭐ Training is divided into two sections. Academic or Theoretical, which is provided for in the course manuals / materials provided online. These may be purchased (RAID STORE) directly or provided for by your RAID Dive Centre following your appointment. The second part is your practical training, which is managed by your RAID Dive Centre and conducted by the appointed RAID Instructor. For the practical training costs, you must discuss this with your appointed RAID Dive Centre.
