BEYOND 60 METRES WITH RAID

Hypoxic Trimix is the pinnacle diver-level program in RAID’s open-circuit program and represents the ultimate challenge and ultimate reward for OC technical divers. Equally suitable for twinset or sidemount divers, Hypoxic Trimix divers will carry as many as four stage cylinders with decompression gases, including a travel mix and 100% oxygen. Available in two levels: 80 metres and 100 metres.

Hypoxic Trimix represents the final challenge offered by mainstream dive agencies. This program is for those with exceptional skills and commitment. Custom bottom mixes will contain less than 18 percent oxygen to help manage CNS loading. Twinset or sidemount primary cylinders coupled with four stage cylinders to carry decompression and travel gases.

SKILLS (WHAT YOU’LL LEARN)

How to plan and execute dives using travel mix and multiple decompression gases in a team setting. How to plan advanced decompression dives around gas choices that manage equivalent narcotic depths, nitrogen and helium uptake and elimination, CNS and OTU limits, and gas volume requirements to allow for heavy contingency management.

To get started, all you need to do is register with RAID and create an online profile by clicking here. Once registered, you can purchase the course online in our “Store”, and then start reading the manuals and complete the quiz and exam. Once registered, you will have immediate access to RAID’s unique FREe-Learning platform, where you can download your course and start your academic training immediately. FREe-Learning allows you to download the manuals and complete all the associated quizzes. Once you have done this, you will need to contact your local RAID Dive Center to schedule your course and let them guide you through the training process. Once you have agreed all associated fees, your dive center will open the full training program so that you can complete any exams, have all your skills signed off, and receive your electronic certification card. Your RAID online course includes all your training materials, which you can access for life. Upon completion, your internationally recognized electronic certification will be issued.
