INSTRUCTOR

This Professional Level Recognition is earned by Instructors who have extensive teaching experience and who exemplify the essence of RAID training and The RAID Way™. It is also a requirement for enrollment in the Instructor Trainer Program.

Prerequisites For Instructors

A candidate interested in applying for this recognition rating must:

Be a minimum of 21 years old.
Be certified as a RAID Divemaster Instructor.
Must have been a RAID Instructor for a minimum of 12 months, unless crossing over as a Master Instructor from an approved agency.
Have a minimum of 300 logged hours underwater.
Complete the registration process, including all mandatory documentation.
Have no standards violations pending or proven with RAID or any other dive training agency within the last twelve months.

Have certified a minimum of 150 students with the following minimums:

A minimum of 5 Divemaster.
Try dive, Freediving and snorkeling certifications do not count towards these minimum student numbers.
