The RAID Specialty Instructor courses have been developed to teach RAID Instructors how to conduct specialty courses to student divers, increasing the breadth of their knowledge, appreciation, and respect of the underwater realm.

This course is designed to provide instructors with the ability to guide students and to build knowledge and confidence in equipment.

Prerequisites For Instructors

A candidate interested in taking this course must:

Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Be certified and in date as a RAID Openwater Instructor.
Be certified and in date as a RAID Divemaster, for the courses a Divemaster can teach.
Be certified as a diver in the specialty being applied for.
Complete the registration process, including all mandatory documentation.
