Description
River diving is adventurous and fun, but can also be risky if precautions and safety considerations are ignored. The River Diver course is designed to introduce students to the procedures and skills necessary to safely plan and conduct dives in rivers and torrents. Students will learn proper dive site evaluation as well as the use of special gear such as ropes, snap hooks and other safety equipment.
